Laurence Preble, Esq., has more than 45 years of experience in the real estate industry as an attorney and a business executive. He has served as a senior partner with a major international law firm and as a senior executive with an international development company. His legal and business experience includes negotiating complex national and international commercial real estate transactions involving office, hotel, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. He understands both legal and business issues and is able to assist his clients in efficiently negotiating agreements and developing successful projects. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Larry served as the senior real estate partner, Chair of the Real Estate Department, and a member of the Management Committee at O'Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles and New York. He left O'Melveny to join Kajima Urban Development (KUD), an international real estate development firm and a subsidiary of Kajima Corporation in Japan. At KUD, Larry was appointed Director of Development and was responsible for the structuring and negotiation of major public private partnership transactions involving life science research buildings, aquariums, stadiums, healthcare facilities, and other projects for public and private institutions.
