Elizabeth Phillips represents a wide range of companies in employment law matters. Her practice includes counseling employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, as well as reviewing and drafting employment-related documents and policies. By advising companies on hiring and firing decisions, resolving workplace disputes, and protecting intellectual property, Ms. Phillips helps companies minimize the risk of litigation while meeting their business goals. In her practice, Ms. Phillips also represents employers in disputes and litigation under state and federal employment laws and before administrative agencies. Ms. Phillips received her B.A. in English and Sociology from the University of Missouri – Columbia, B.A., magna cum laude, in 2004, and her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives, in 2013.
