Jennifer Kain-Rios received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison after studying abroad in Lima, Peru in 1988 and 1989. Before attending law school, she was a bilingual educator in the Los Angeles Unified School District and in Denver Public Schools. Ms. Kain-Rios received her law degree from the University of Denver in 2000. She has been an AILA immigration attorney since 2001 and established her own firm in 2008, representing foreign nationals and their employers and family members with all inbound U.S. immigration matters, including removal defense and appeals before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is bilingual and regularly volunteers at naturalization legal clinics and speaks publicly on a variety of immigration issues and about the Colorado and federal court systems.
