David Wadsworth, Esq., is a partner in the law firm of Wadsworth Warner Conrardy, P.C. in Denver, where he practices almost exclusively in the area of bankruptcy law.  He has extensive experience in commercial bankruptcy matters and has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and committees.  He has also represented receivers in state court proceedings.  Mr. Wadsworth has served as a chapter 7 panel trustee since 2009 and he has been appointed to serve as both a chapter 11 trustee and as a liquidating plan trustee.  Mr. Wadsworth has served as lead litigation counsel in numerous complex and not-so-complex bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings and has developed a substantial bankruptcy appellate practice.  Mr. Wadsworth is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy topics and served on the Local Rules Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado from 2013-16.  Mr. Wadsworth received his B.A. from Hampshire College and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
