Chad K. Gillam, Esq., is a health care lawyer. He represents physicians, mental health professionals, allied health providers, hospitals and other healthcare entities in defense of claims and lawsuits, licensing matters, credentialing, HIPAA privacy and security, and in employment and risk management issues. Chad has tried cases across Colorado, Kansas and Missouri. Chad also represents health care providers in disciplinary actions before the various regulatory boards and regularly assists clients in privacy and security issues, occurrence investigation and reporting, responding to subpoenas, and preparing for testimony. Chad advises clients in matters relating to reporting, credentialing, regulatory compliance, investigation, risk management and policies and practices. Chad is a frequent lecturer and presenter on health care, regulatory, and litigation topics. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Maria Droste Counseling Center and is a former Board Member of the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee.
