Hunter W. Holley

The Honorable Hunter W. Holley is a Prehearing Administrative Law Judge at the Division of Workers' Compensation and Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. Hunter grew up living in many different States and Countries as far flung as New Zealand, Canada and Puerto Rico. He attended Florida State University for his undergraduate education and graduated with a degree in political science and criminal law. Following his undergraduate education, Hunter attended and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a master degree in public administration. Hunter went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate at the University of Houston with a concentration in criminal and civil litigation. Hunter began his legal carrier in criminal law litigating jury and bench trials as a public defender and prosecutor in City, County and State Courts in Colorado and Texas. Hunter has spent the last 25 years practicing workers' compensation law as a Claimant and Respondent attorney in Colorado involving all legal aspects of the workers' compensation system. In his free time, Hunter enjoys the Colorado outdoors hiking, fishing, hunting and biking.
