Brennan Law, LLCStephanie L. Brennan, Esq., started Brennan Law, LLC in July 2024. Prior to that, she started as an associate and then partner with Hurth, Sisk & Blakemore, LLP, where she was for over 20 years. With the retirement of her final partner, she started Brennan Law, LLC in July 2024. In 2010, Ms. Brennan was appointed as the Deputy Public Administrator for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, Colorado and became the Public Administrator on July 1, 2021. She has made various presentations on the state and national level related primarily to work that has arisen as the Public Administrator. Her practice also focuses on planning and administration of estates, trusts, and conservatorships and she serves frequently as a private fiduciary. Ms. Brennan is a third-generation Coloradoan. After graduating with a B.A. cum laude from the University of Colorado, she worked in Washington, D.C., prior to attending law school. Ms. Brennan received her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1998. College of Law in 1998. At the University of Wyoming, she was an Articles Editor for the Land and Water Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barristers. Ms. Brennan's current community activities include serving on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD), where she has chaired various communities as well as acting the Secretary for the Board of Directors. Ms. Brennan is finishing her second term on the Boulder Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where she serves as the chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. She has been involved with various boards and coached high school mock trial for 15 years.
