Brandee L. Caswell, Esq., is head of the Faegre Baker Daniels Real Estate Litigation practice.  She litigates complex and high-value real estate-related matters, including eminent domain cases.  Her eminent domain practice includes work on behalf of both landowners and condemning authorities.  As a lead member of her firm's corridor acquisition team, Brandee has worked to acquire rights of way on energy projects over 100 miles long.  She also has significant experience in representing landowners in urban renewal projects, including shopping mall condemnations such as the Westminster Mall and Twin Peaks Mall.  She has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer in the field of eminent domain and is a frequent lecturer on eminent domain topics in Colorado and nationally for the American Law Institute.
