Patricia (Trish) Cooper, Esq., is a 25-year family law litigator turned ADR professional whose practice is now devoted exclusively to mediation, arbitration, special master appointments, and expert consulting. She is a past Chair of the Family Law Section and past President of the Colorado Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has written and lectured extensively on complex family law issues to practitioners and judges, both locally and nationally.
