Cooper Ramp Cage Bucar Lewis, LLCPatricia (Trish) Cooper, Esq., is a partner with Cooper Ramp Cage Bucar Lewis, LLC, a boutique domestic relations firm in Denver. She is a Past Chair of the Family Law Section of the CBA and a Fellow and Past President of the Colorado Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (“AAML”). Trish currently serves on the Family Law Section's legislative and education committees, the AAML legislative committee (Colorado Chapter), the AAML amicus committee (National), the Editorial Board of the AAML Journal (National), and the AMML CLE Committee (National). Trish obtained her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College. She devotes her practice exclusively to family law, handling highly complex financial and custody matters throughout Colorado. She also provides consulting services to other counsel on difficult jurisdictional and other legal matters. Trish has been frequently recognized as a top family law attorney by Best Lawyers®, Colorado Super Lawyers®, and 5280 Magazine, and she lectures frequently on a wide variety of family law topics for CLE and other organizations. She also regularly contributes her expertise to family law publications such as the Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law and the Family Law Section Bench/Bar book. In 2024, Trish’s articles on International Service of Process and International Discovery in Family Law Matters were published in the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
