Robin R. Rossenfeld opened her mediation and arbitration business, R3 Mediation, LLC, in 1999. She specializes in business disputes, family conflicts, and employment issues. She is a member of the United States Postal Service REDRESS panel. She spent four years as a Reservist with the Federal Emergency Management Agency Alternative Dispute Resolution Cadre. She is a Denver-Boulder Better Business Bureau arbitrator. She has served in several positions in the Colorado Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, where she is currently Treasurer and Program Chair, a responsibility she shares with Jennifer Arnett. She has also served on the CBA Board of Governors Executive Council, and is a member of several CBA Sections, including Family Law, and Solo and Small Firms. Along with her work as an arbitrator and mediator, Robin is a frequent speaker on legal and conflict resolution issues. She is a founder of Conflict Management Consultants, LLC, an online conflict resolution and mediation skills training business.
