Michele K. Roche

Michele Roche earned her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1992 and worked in private practice before joining the Children's Law Center in 2001 as the director of the nationally-recognized Domestic Violence Program. She recruits and trains volunteer attorneys to ensure the safety of children whose parents are involved in a Civil Protection Order in Denver County Protective Orders Court by investigating a case and making a recommendation to the court on the child’s behalf. She is a child and family investigator, parenting coordinator and a child legal representative in highly-contested custody actions. She speaks nationally about training Guardians ad Litem to represent child victims of domestic violence.
