Shelley A. Hill

Honorable Shelley A. Hill graduated from Vermont Law School in 1981. She was a criminal prosecutor in Vermont for almost ten years, followed by a short stint in general private practice, after which she served as Bar Counsel for the Professional Conduct Board of the Vermont Supreme Court for six years. After her move to Colorado in 1998, she served as District Court Magistrate and Court Facilitator for the 14th Judicial District for four years. Judge Hill was then with the firm of Klauzer & Tremaine, LLC in Steamboat Springs starting in 2003 for three years. She was appointed District Court Judge for the 14th Judicial District in 2006. She has been a member of the CBA Ethics Committee since 1999.
