Robert Attai, Esq., legal practice is global in nature and focuses on domestic and international corporate and partnership matters, equity financings, M&A activity and joint ventures in the energy, tech and real estate sectors. He helps clients expand their business in domestic and foreign markets, and has supported negotiations across a range of commercial transactions, from procurement of necessary equipment and supplies to strategic joint ventures to acquisitions and dispositions. Robert's passion is helping companies navigate the increasingly complex commercial transactions that arise as they move from an emerging business to a growth stage or mature enterprise. In the international arena, he recently negotiated transactions in Namibia, Guatemala, Belize, Colombia, Ghana, and Guyana and has conducted business in South and Central America, Europe and Asia.
