Patricia A. Elias is Chief People and Places Officer at CSG Systems, responsible for all aspects of human resources and workplace management.  Patricia brings over 18 years of experience as a corporate and securities attorney to the ServiceSource team, including expertise in U.S. securities laws, commercial transactions, cybersecurity, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining ServiceSource, Patricia was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at ViaWest, Inc., a provider of hybrid IT solutions including cloud and colocation services. Patricia has also served as corporate and securities counsel at contract manufacturer Flex, and Lecturer and Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, where she taught courses in law and public policy, entrepreneurial law, and business ethics. Earlier in her career, Patricia practiced law at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison (R.I.P.) and Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells).  Patricia earned her B.A. in Psychology from Duke University, and her law degree from Georgetown University.  Although born in Colombia, she stubbornly insists that moving to Colorado at age two should qualify her as a native.
