Todd M. Olinger, Esq., Todd M. Olinger, P.C., assists small and mid-sized companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in structuring their businesses and investments, including the purchase and sale of businesses, private equity offerings and investments, and commercial and real estate transactions. Mr. Olinger first became interested in cybersecurity while serving as a space operations intelligence officer in the United States Air Force from 1991 until 2002. He attended law school while still in the active reserves, and then clerked for Colorado Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Love Kourlis before joining Davis, Graham & Stubbs, LLP in their corporate finance and IP groups. He subsequently joined Ducker, Montgomery, Aronstein & Bess, P.C. In 2011, he founded his current firm in Louisville, Colorado. Mr. Olinger has an M.B.A. in finance and an undergraduate degree in physics. He is married with two children, Dani (23) and Thomas (8), and lives in Louisville, Colorado. He has been involved for several years in the CBA (currently serving as Chair of the Business Law Section) and participated closely with some of the other panelists in the Bar's lobbying efforts earlier this year on HB18-1128.s conversion from a national bank charter to a Colorado state-charter, both in 2015.
