Julie Herzog, Esq., leads the corporate/transactional practice at Fortis Law Partners and specializes in corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Julie is also the co-founder of Full Velocity Consulting, Fortis’ sister company, which she formed when she saw an opportunity in the market for businesses that would greatly benefit from the experience and expertise of C-level executives but didn’t need to hire them full-time. Full Velocity offers entrepreneurs access to a carefully curated team of experts in CCO, CFO and COO roles who can give entrepreneurs the help they need to start, grow and profitably exit their venture. Over the course of her nearly 30 year career, Julie has handled transactions valued at over $4 billion for major public companies and investment banks and enjoys working with a diverse clientele ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to startups, family offices, and venture capital and private equity funds. She is an expert at counseling companies on all the phases of their growth cycle, from inception through an initial public offering or successful sale. As an entrepreneur and business owner herself, Julie understands that the human aspect of her work is just as important as the legal aspect. She helps entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and cares about their why in the process. She is wholly there, supporting them through complex deals, identifying critical business objectives and addressing the legal and business risks that are unique to each client's project.
