David A. Firmin, Esq., provides clients with an extensive background in real estate law and development issues including formation and creation of homeowners associations and is a Partner at the law firm of Altitude Community Law PC. Prior to joining Altitude Community Law PC, David worked with multiple developers handling land acquisitions, land entitlements, corporate governance and special districts. In addition, has worked with the Wheat Ridge Housing Authority setting up homeowner associations for low-income affordable housing developments. David has also spoken at CAI's Law Seminar and is a frequent presenter of educational topics relating to community association law.
