Adam J. Agron
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLPAdam J. Agron, Esq. is a Shareholder and co-chair of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Corporate & Business Department. He represents private and public companies, investment banks, private equity and venture capital funds, sponsors and entrepreneurs in a diverse set of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, debt and equity financings, leveraged and management buy-out transactions and corporate restructurings. Mr. Agron has amassed significant experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in matters relating to acquisitions, financings, mergers, recapitalizations and public offerings. Mr. Agron also serves as outside general counsel to several start-up and lower middle market clients. In addition to his work at Brownstein, Mr. Agron has served as an adjunct-law professor at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Agron worked in the mergers and acquisitions group of Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz in New York.
