Vincent J. Pascarella, Esq., is a licensed attorney and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and has been an executive in the consumer reporting industry since 1998. Vince is currently Vice President of Sales for USA-FACT, Inc. (www.usafact.com), where he is responsible for accelerating the revenue growth of USAFACT's hiring solutions, including background checks, drug testing, I-9 verifications, e-Verify, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); developing new products and markets; and identifying and managing new strategic partnerships. Vince has worked for several companies in the employment screening industry in various capacities, including Vice President of Sales, Vice President & General Counsel, and Director of Business Development & Compliance. He was also a two-term co-chair of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) Best Practices & Compliance Committee. Vince is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and Webinars, and is considered an expert on state and federal consumer reporting law, including the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Vince holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) in law from the University of Colorado Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (BS), magna cum laude, in political science and history from Long Island University.
