Eric Butler, Esq., is a Senior Assistant Jefferson County Attorney. His practice focuses on civil litigation. He represents the interests Jefferson County, including the Jefferson County Treasurer, in bankruptcy proceedings. He also specializes in land use matters. Before joining the Jefferson County Attorney's Office in 2006, Mr. Butler was in private practice, specializing in telecommunications and advertising litigation. He received his law degree from the University of Texas in 1998.
