Jennifer Schreck, Esq., is the Senior Staff Attorney and Manager of Legal Services at the Colorado Public Employees' Retirement Association. She has been at PERA for nineteen years and specializes in transactional work for the investment side of the house. Because of the variety of issues arising in the public pension fund arena, she also handles many benefit and property matters, including the supervision of the Domestic Relations Orders process. Jennifer received her B.A. in 1993 from The Colorado College and her J.D. in 1998 from the University of Colorado, School of Law.
