The Honorable Simon Mole, Esq., was one of the first Family Court Facilitators before becoming a magistrate in the 17th Judicial District. For the past decade he has been in solo practice as a mediator, taking mostly family law cases. Within the judicial branch he served on the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee for Families in the Courts, and he is one of the authors of the original CRCP Rule 16.2. Simon has also served on the State of Colorado Access to Justice Commission, and he is a past president of the Mediation Association of Colorado.
