Valeri S. Pappas, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Davis & Ceriani, PC., and part of Davis & Ceriani’s trial team. Valeri’s experience as a litigator includes participating in all phases of multi-million dollar litigation, in jury trials as well as FINRA arbitrations. Her practice areas include securities litigation, employment law, complex commercial litigation, personal injury and general civil litigation. Her securities experience over the past twenty years includes cases across the country representing institutional investors bringing securities fraud claims resulting from municipal bond purchases. Valeri also advises on a variety of employment matters such as non-competes, handbooks, workplace investigations and harassment training. She is the Vice-Chair for the BGCMD Board of Directors, is on the Board for the CWBA Foundation, regularly teaches at NITA and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado School of Law.
