Honorable John H. Sandberg is an administrative law judge with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE), Division of Workers' Compensation (DOWC), Prehearing & Settlement Conference Unit. He formerly served as Supervisor and Chief Judge of the Unit. John began his legal career in Chicago practicing in the area of employer's liability, subrogation and workers' compensation defense before moving to Colorado in 1998 and continuing his practice with a focus on workers' compensation law. John is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He has been a presenter at numerous seminars and continuing legal education programs.
