Tim Gordon helps developers, contractors, and commercial real estate clients achieve optimal outcomes when planning projects and facing complex disputes. He understands the interrelationship of real estate development, project construction, and long-term property management, and uses this knowledge when representing clients in litigation and arbitration. Mr. Gordon also assists his clients to avoid disputes by drafting construction and design contracts and related project documents that appropriately apportion risk and protect his clients' interests. Mr. Gordon is co-managing editor of The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Construction Law, Second Ed. (Robert E. Benson et al., eds., CLE in Colo., Inc., Supp. 2020), and is regularly invited to speak on various construction and real estate topics. Mr. Gordon is active in several industry and legal associations, is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and has served as a volunteer attorney coach in the Colorado High School Mock Trial program since 2007.
