Marie Williams, Esq., has specialized in appellate advocacy since 2000, and is a founding member of Moore Williams PLLC. She previously was an equity partner in Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, where she led the firm's Colorado appellate group. Marie's practice currently focuses on civil appellate practice in all of its forms - not only handling appeals themselves, but also partnering with trial counsel on developing comprehensive legal strategy, briefing critical issues, and posturing cases for potential appeals. Marie has briefed and argued scores of cases in state and federal courts around the country. She has experience in a wide variety of subject matter, including class actions, insurance coverage, consumer protection, lender liability, construction, and more. Marie has been recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers for her Appellate Practice since 2017, and as a Rising Star for 5 years before that. She also serves as troop leader for 36 awesome Girl Scouts, ranging in age from 4^th grade through 10^thgrade.
