Chris Allyn, Esq., is Chief Counsel, Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc. (formerly Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc.) and Senior Counsel for Boeing Global Services (BGS), supporting the BGS Digital Solutions and Analytics organization. In this capacity, Chris provides legal support and counsel relating to all aspects of the business, including software and data analytics, compliance, integration matters, sales, supplier management, M&A, and strategic planning and execution. Prior to joining Boeing, Chris served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Quiznos and Associate General Counsel for IBM supporting the IT, data privacy, sales, procurement, HR, and software development organizations.
