Susan Brushaber, Esq., admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Colorado, Denver-based attorney Susan Brushaber advises clients, both foreign and domestic, on a wide range of legal issues, primarily in the area of Intellectual Property Law, with particular expertise in the areas of technology development and licensing, trade secret protection, Intellectual Property Portfolio Management, E-commerce and the Internet, trademark prosecution and enforcement (including brand management and strategy), and copyright protection and enforcement. She also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, especially in connection with the formation and management of foreign subsidiaries, strategic relationships, outsourcing and product distribution, procurement and supply. Ms. Brushaber is an active member of the Rotary Club of Denver where she chairs the World Community Service Committee as well as having served as Club Secretary, and is a current member of the Youth Exchange and High School Mentorship committees. She is also active in the International Section of the American Bar Association as a Division Chair and past chair of the International Intellectual Propery Committee, a member of the International Trademark Association, and past chair of the International Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
