Wendy Weigler, Esq., is an attorney at WLPP Law and the head of the firm’s collections practice. She has focused much of her community association practice on litigating, mediating, and arbitrating numerous types of foreclosure, collection, covenant enforcement, and contract issues for community associations. In addition to handling disputes for clients, Wendy has a robust transactional side to her community association practice, handling contract negotiations, document drafting, and advising on governance and general business matters.
