Ashley E. Moller

Ashley Moller, Esq., is a First Assistant Attorney General at the Colorado Department of Law. After seven years in a litigation private practice, Ashley joined the Colorado DOL in 2004. During her first five years at the Office, Ashley represented the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. For nearly fifteen years, Ashley has served as general counsel to the Colorado Medical Board and represents the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Ashley manages a team of attorneys and staff who represent numerous boards and programs housed primarily within DORA. Ashley and her team were tapped to advise the Natural Medicine Advisory Board and the Office of Natural Medicine within DORA, following adoption of Proposition 122 in Colorado. Ashley actively mentors junior attorneys, both across the Department of Law and externally. Ashley graduated with a B.A. from the University of Colorado in 1993. She graduated from Boston University in 1997 with both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Health.
