Brian Moore, Esq., has been practicing employment law in Colorado since 1997, following his graduation with honors from Stanford Law School. He has been with Jester Gibson & Moore, LLP since 2008. While Brian primarily represents employees, he has spent almost all his career at firms with a broader commercial practice. This has led to a substantial focus on matters at the intersection of these two practice areas, such as defending former employees accused of violating noncompetition agreements or the duty of loyalty, representing executives in compensation disputes and contract negotiations, and cases involving both employment-related and partnership-related claims. Brian was heavily involved in the effort to pass House Bill 22-1317. He is a current member of the Executive Council of the Labor & Employment Section of the CBA and a past chair of the CBA's Civil Rights Committee.
