James F. (Jim) O'Connor, Esq. is a graduate of University of Colorado School of Law. He was assigned to the Arapahoe Regional Trial Office as a Deputy State Public Defender in August 1997, and became head of that office in April 2005. James has focused his law career on representing the indigent and running the third-largest trial office in the Colorado Public Defender system.
