Richard W. Mitchell

Richard Mitchell, Esq., litigated commercial cases for six years before focusing his practice on corporate law and conflict resolution.  He is General Counsel at Enabled Energy, Inc., a data center engineering company and serves as Executive Director of PIER Institute, a social enterprise he founded to develop market-based approaches to corporate social responsibility projects.  He works extensively in Colombia and the Amazon rainforest where PIER Institute is building a portfolio of model development projects and implementing programs to prevent human trafficking.  He earned his J.D. degree at Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver and teaches Political Economy at Colorado Heights University.
