Honorable Patrick Spencer is an Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Courts, Southern Region office in Colorado Springs. Before becoming an ALJ, Judge Spencer was in private practice for 19 years, representing claimants in workers' compensation, Social Security disability, and veterans benefit cases. He received a Bachelor's degree from Colorado College, and a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder, before attending the University of Colorado School of Law.
