Tiffany Kinder, Esq., is Special Counsel at Ruegsegger, Simons & Stern, LLC. Ms. Kinder focuses her practice on representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. Ms. Kinder has successfully litigated matters in all venues throughout the State of Colorado. She has also successfully litigated appeals in both the Industrial Claim Appeals Office and Court of Appeals. Ms. Kinder has resided in Colorado since 1994 when she attend the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Personal interests include supporting local animal shelters, spending time with her family, and enjoying Colorado's great outdoors.
