David Werber, Esq., is a founding member of Dagner | Schluter | Mitzner | Werber LLC in Greenwood Village. He is licensed in state and federal court in Colorado as well as in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His litigation practice has focused on the tort and insurance fields, emphasizing construction defect, medical and professional liability, auto, and premises liability claims. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to providing insurance and noninsurance clients with counsel and coverage opinions, including litigating these matters in declaratory judgment and bad-faith lawsuits, and testifies as an expert witness regarding claims handling and bad faith. He is co-author of the four-volume Personal Injury Practice - Torts and Insurance (West Group 3d ed. 2012), and lectures on various risk management and insurance issues.
