Jarod Balson, Esq., received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas in 1991 and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1997. His practice focuses on probate and trust litigation, evictions, protection orders, and criminal defense. As a former prosecutor, he has extensive courtroom experience. He has tried more than 120 jury trials and even more court trials. He is a member of the Trust and Estate and Solo/Small Firm sections of the Colorado Bar Association. Jarod is married to his high school sweetheart and has one child. In his spare time Jarod spends a lot of time on his bike, riding and training for events like the Courage Classic, Ride the Rockies, and the Triple Bypass.
