Bo Zeerip, Esq., serves as a Senior Trial Deputy District Attorney in the 21st Judicial District, Mesa County, Colorado. He is assigned higher level felony cases and has prosecution and trial experience at all levels on a wide range of cases including murder, assaults, drug distribution, sexual assaults on children, thefts, etc. Prior to his current position as a prosecutor he practiced in a variety of civil law areas including criminal defense. He currently serves as a prosecution representative on the Mesa County Evidence Based Decision Making subcommittee on Pretrial and Bail / Bond issues. Over the past couple of years he has collaborated with multiple stakeholders in a major overhaul of the bond practices in Mesa County, Colorado.
