Jennifer Wisniewski is an associate in the Denver office of Snell & Wilmer, LLP where  her practice is concentrated on a broad range of franchise, licensing, trademark and real estate matters. Ms. Wisniewski's experence includes counseling clients on state and federal franchise disclosure and compliance issues, trademark matters, drafting offering circulars, franchise related agreements and licenses, and negotiating retail leases and acquisitions. Ms. Wisniewski is the chairperson of the Colorado State Bar Association Subsection on Franchising and a member of the  ABA Forum on Franchise Law and International Franchise Association. She received her undergrauduate degree (B.A., Political Science, 1993) from the University of Florida and her law degree (J.D., 1998) from the University of Denver.
