Colorado Division of Securities
Fred Joseph is the Securities Commissioner for the State of Colorado.  He was appointed to that position in May of 1999.  In that role, he is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Colorado Securities Act.  He also oversees the regulatory agency that licenses stockbrokers, brokerage firms and investment advisers in Colorado.  In addition, he is the Acting State Bank Commissioner overseeing the division that regulates state banks, trust companies, and money transmitters. Also, he is a past president of the North American Securities Administrators Association.  Mr. Joseph has been a financial services regulator over 25 years.
