Karin Ranta-Curran, Esq., is the Associate Vice President of Institutional Compliance for Colorado School of Mines. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and direction in the planning, integration, and implementation of the Colorado School of Mines' compliance, policy, Title IX, investigations, and disability programs. She is responsible for supporting the School's mission and strategic plan; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies; establishing best practices; and providing consultative, strategic, and operational expertise across the School. She has been with Colorado School of Mines since 2014. Prior to that, she had experience working for Kaiser Permanente, Mountain States Employers Council, and Frontier Airlines. Karin has her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, and a B.A. in English and French from the University of Arizona.
