Helen Parker has worked in high tech for over 25 years, first on the business side prior to going to law school, then as an attorney for the past 19 years. While she briefly spent time as an associate at Cooley, she has spent the majority of her legal career in house at technology companies such as IBM, Sun Microsystems and Flextronics. She is currently VP and General Counsel at Wayin, a Denver tech start-up in the social media marketing and social intelligence space. She was recently named as a finalist in the Denver Business Journal's C-Suite Awards in the Chief Legal Counsel category.
