Honorable Steve Pelican was a District Court Judge for the Fourth Judicial District from 1986-2009. For the past three and half years he has been employed by the Judicial Arbiter Group, Inc., and is one of the two Mediator/Arbitrators in its Colorado Springs Office. He is a 1971 graduate of the C.U. Law School and a 2002 graduate of the Harvard P.L.I. Mediation Workshop, Basic Negotiation and Advanced Negotiation Workshops.
