Josiah O. Hatch III
Josiah Hatch LLCJosiah Hatch, Esq., is the principal of Josiah Hatch, LLC, a law and consulting firm in Denver, Colorado, where he practices U.S. and international corporate and commercial law. Mr. Hatch is Adjunct Professor of Global Finance. Trade and Economic Integration at the Josef Korbel School for International Studies, where he teaches courses in international business transactions, globalization and economic crime, and multinational corporate policy. He is the co-author, with John F. Olson of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, of the legal treatise, Director and Officer Liability, Indemnification and Insurance (West Group). Mr. Hatch has also taught Securities Regulation as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law. A graduate of Georgetown University Law School, Mr. Hatch was a University Scholar at Princeton University, from which he graduated summa cum laude, and a Marshall Scholar at Pembroke College, Oxford University. Mr. Hatch is admitted to practice in the courts of Colorado, and Washington, D.C., the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
