Jim Martin, Esq., currently is a shareholder at Beatty & Wozniak, P.C., where he represents a wide range of clients in the energy sector. Jim served as the EPA Administrator at Region VIII for nearly three years after serving in two cabinet positions for Governor Bill Ritter. Previously, Jim worked in several capacities for Senator Tim Wirth, as a senior attorney for the Environmental Defense Fund in Colorado and California, as director of the Natural Resources Law Center at the University of Colorado School of Law, as executive director of Western Resource Advocates, and as an attorney for the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission.
