John B. Tweedy, Jr., is an attorney and mediator with 35 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. John received his JD from Stanford Law School, his BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and his MA in Sociology from Brown University. He has worked in diverse practice environments including two global firms, a medium-sized regional firm, a local boutique practice, and now as a solo ADR practitioner. He served for 12 years on the referral panel of the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR), and he is currently a special education panelist with the Colorado Department of Education and is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).
