Ryan Law Firm LLCKimberlie Ryan, Esq., is the founding member of Ryan Law Firm, LLC, where she practices civil rights employment law, representing workers and employers in state and federal court, as well as in mediation, arbitration, and before administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Civil Rights Division, and federal and state Department of Labor and Employment. She is the author of numerous legal publications, including “Colorado Employment Law: An Essential Guide” (Bradford Publishing, 2004, 2006), and she has lectured extensively on litigation, employment, and technology issues, including for the Colorado Bar Association, the Faculty of Federal Advocates, the US EEOC, and for various bar associations and trade groups. She taught employment law adjunct for the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. She holds a J.D. and a Master's in Public Administration, with an emphasis on Economic Development, and served as a Fellow for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. She regularly provides legal analysis on emerging and high profile legal issues for NBC 9NEWS in Denver, and she currently serves on the Electronic Discovery Task Force for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
