Thomas J. Dougherty, II, Esq., is a partner in the law firm of Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP.  Tom leads the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) practice throughout the firm's five western states and is a frequent speaker and author on UAS-related topics.  He advises UAS clients in a wide range of industries on issues related to FAA regulatory approvals and compliance, state and local law, operational risk management, litigation, and public policy.  As a lawyer, engineer, and licensed pilot, Tom brings a unique perspective to the needs of clients in the emerging UAS sector.
