Craig Stoner, Esq., has over 25 years' experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for two NYSE-listed companies. Craig's practice focuses on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters. Craig assists U.S. and international clients with public and private offerings in the United States, state and federal securities law compliance issues and listings on over-the-counter securities markets (OTC Pink, OTCQB and OTCQX). Craig also represents entities in matters of corporate formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and general business transactions. Craig is the Immediate-Past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Solo Small Firm Practice Section Executive Council and is an At-Large Member of the Colorado Bar Association Business Law Section Executive Council.
