Eric J. Pollart, Esq., began his career practicing workers' compensation law and Social Security Disability in 1997, representing claimants along Colorado's Front Range. He transitioned to representing respondents and is a founder of Pollart|Miller, a firm defending employers and insurers throughout Colorado. He specializes in insurance defense, with a focus on workers' compensation and has done so for over 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
